Chemicil hoses are suitable for transporting oil and other fluids. They have anti-static wires woven into the interior, preventing static electricity when connected via couplings. Furthermore, as a flat hose compatible with diameters up to 150A, it is much easier to handle than conventional rigid, shape-retaining hoses.
When used for oil transfer, these hoses offer the same performance as offshore hoses, so the choice depends on the operating pressure and diameter. However, for installations at sea, offshore hoses are recommended.

The Chemicilil hose has copper wire woven into it to prevent static electricity, and by connecting the couplings at the ends with copper wire, it is possible to prevent static electricity.
Flat hose for transferring oil and chemicals
In Japan, oil transport hoses are generally made of thick rubber with a metal wire wrapped around the outside to maintain their shape, but they are difficult to bend and not easy to store by rolling them up.
Chemicil hoses are flat hoses that incorporate antistatic measures, allowing for safe transfer of oils and chemicals. They are easy to deploy and retract, and can be rolled up for storage without taking up much space.
Seamless, single-piece construction
Chemicil hoses are single-jacket hoses made from a single piece of woven material. They utilize a "Through-the-Weave" manufacturing method, which integrates a highly elastic polyester jacket with a tough yet flexible polyurethane resin. This seamless, single-piece construction provides high abrasion resistance against scratches and other damage.
Furthermore, since each cable can be manufactured up to a maximum length of 200m (common to all sizes from 25 to 150A), it can be quickly deployed and retrieved even when laid over long distances.
Low pressure loss
Thanks to its special jacket structure, the hose expands significantly in diameter when pressurized, minimizing pressure loss and enabling water delivery over long distances.
Robust structure
It has excellent weather resistance and can withstand harsh environments such as direct sunlight in midsummer.
Highly flexible Chemicil hoses can adapt to various ground conditions, allowing for installation on uneven terrain without compressing the hose. They also boast excellent durability even in harsh environments and are designed to require no maintenance. They are resistant to scratches and cuts, and unlike pipes, they are free from corrosion and peeling, making them suitable for transporting chemicals and other liquids. Please contact us if you intend to handle highly corrosive materials.
High safety
Manufactured in accordance with the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management system, materials, components, and finished products are rigorously inspected and stored to ensure reliability.

US Air Force evaluation
Chemicil hoses have earned a reputation as a uniquely lightweight, special hose that is resistant to damage and easy to handle, and have been adopted by the U.S. Air Force.
According to the United States Air Force Research Laboratory, the previous hoses were prone to delamination and were heavy despite their thinness, limiting their use to only 100 feet (approximately 30 meters) per hose. Therefore, they searched for and compared 17 hose manufacturers from around the world. When considering the use of JP-8 fuel, five companies (seven hoses in total) were selected, including ANGUS's Chemicil and Offshore 850.
Because significant friction during use was anticipated, the outer surface of the hose was further coated with polyester as a countermeasure. Subsequently, when the weight of selected hoses of the same diameter was measured, ANGUS's hose was found to be the lightest. Furthermore, in actual field use, it was evaluated as being resistant to damage, lightweight, and easy to handle, leading to its adoption by the U.S. Air Force.
