Starting November 15, 2021, we will be offering a free viewer (FM viewer) to allow more customers to experience firsthand the simulation results of our firefighting simulation program for plant fires.
The firefighting simulation program uses "tank fire extinguishing simulation," "radiant heat calculation simulation," and "water/foam discharge simulation" to simulate firefighting activities in plant fires.

- Features of FM Viewer
By changing the simulation conditions shown below, you can simulate a variety of situations. Furthermore, we have improved usability through the control panel and enabled smooth on-screen operation through the display of operation instructions.
• Modifiable simulation conditions (main ones)
Weather conditions (wind direction and wind speed)
Foam and water spray nozzle direction
Water spray nozzle spray angle
Height of the surface receiving radiant heat
Map display radiation intensity
Methods for extinguishing tank fires, etc.
• Control panel included
Improved usability through button operation
Displaying operation instructions (by hovering the cursor over a button) - Simulation based on the customer's plant layout
If you would like a simulation based on your plant layout, please contact us (this service is subject to a fee).
The following data and conditions will be required.
• Datasheets and performance curves for fire prevention and extinguishing equipment
• Data on types of oil handled
Tank data sheet
• Plant layout diagram data (.dwg)
• Anticipated tank fires, swimming pool fires
• Weather conditions (wind, temperature, humidity, etc.)
Based on this data and these conditions, we will consider the placement of foam/water cannons, high-capacity foam cannons, etc., in a way that suits the customer's specific situation, and we will provide the simulation results as data.
By reviewing this data using the FM viewer, it becomes possible to perform simulations based on your plant layout.
Please note that the FM viewer does not allow you to change anything other than the simulation conditions specified in section 1, specifically the type of oil stored in the tank, the radiation characteristics of the foam and water cannons, or their placement. If you wish to consider changing these conditions, please contact us. We will review your request and provide you with simulation results (this service is subject to a fee). - FIRE MARSHAL discontinued
With the introduction of the FM Viewer, we have decided to discontinue sales of our simulation software (product name: FIRE MARSHAL). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For customers who have already purchased the software, we will continue to provide maintenance services as before, based on your maintenance contract.
First, please feel free to touch and experience the plant layout samples, and enjoy the various scenarios.
